1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stream TV Depot (the "Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, broadcasters, and content providers who access the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

3. Content Ownership & Copyright

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, stream, broadcast, or otherwise transmit through the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Stream TV Depot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transcode, distribute, cache, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Stream TV Depot to use the User Content; (b) the User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, moral rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; and (c) the User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Stream TV Depot does not claim ownership of your content but requires these licenses to lawfully deliver the Service across CDNs, devices, and global jurisdictions.

4. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy

Stream TV Depot complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright laws. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. We may also remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to upload, stream, distribute, or transmit content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right;
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic (including CSAM), harassing, hateful, or violent;
• Promotes terrorism, illegal activity, or human exploitation;
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems;
• Violates any person's privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights;
• Constitutes unauthorized rebroadcast of live sports, premium programming, or licensed channels;
• Is misleading, deceptive, or constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

6. Service License to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Stream TV Depot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business and content-distribution purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Platform itself except under a separate written agreement.

7. Fees, Billing & Taxes

Subscription fees, usage charges, and any add-on charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis based on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government levies associated with your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, CDNs, DRM providers, ad networks, and analytics). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

9. Intellectual Property of Stream TV Depot

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technology, are and remain the exclusive property of Stream TV Depot and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any of our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream TV Depot and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stream TV Depot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnity, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stream TV Depot is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
